If interested in custom ordering a piece please submit the order form below and you will receive a quote for the piece. You can then pay a 50% deposit and your items will be shipped to you. Please allow at least 4 weeks after submitting an order form to receive your custom costume art piece.

If interested in ordering one of the fabulous masks on the store page you can easily use the PayPal system to process a credit card and your order will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days. Set up your PayPal account by clicking on the logo.

Custom Orders

Place your custom order using the form below to select costume jewelry, jazz umbrellas, painted clothing or dog costumes.

* Since pieces are created specifically (hair length, contour of the body, overall personality type, etc) it is helpful for me to have a picture of you to work from, but not essential. You can send an image to me by email here (under 500K), or through regular mail.

* Please fill out all areas of the form. Describe your colors, themes, and other details.
lease attach a drawing or color samples if you can.

* Click 'Submit' and your choices will be sent to Rosemary by email.

* Rosemary will contact you within 7 business days
to verify your order and to set up your preferred payment option.
* Rush orders must call for availablility.
