If interested in custom ordering a mask please submit the order form below. Once your order is submitted Rosemary will contact you within 48 hours with a quote and invoice for your approval and to collect the 50% deposit required to begin designing your piece. Custom orders will be mailed within four weeks of confirmation of your deposit. Rush orders MUST call first for availablility.
The artwork that you order will include all characteristics that you request. Clients are asked to allow Rosemary artistic freedom with the understanding that all designs will have the same high quality standards of the those that are pictured in the gallery pages.

* Masks are adorned with a variety of trims and glass rhinestones
on a velvet base.
* Since pieces are created specifically to a persons' features,
hair length, contour of the body, overall personality type, etc;
it is helpful for me to have a picture of you to work from,
but not necessary. You can attach an image to an email
(under 500K), or send a photo or color copy of a photo through regular
mail.
